Use of the Sync API from MP1+ Buscador de empleo

By accessing and using the Sync API from MP1+ Buscador de empleo® (“the API”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the API. Continued use of the API after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo® grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the API under the terms set forth in this agreement. This license is granted solely for purposes authorized by MP1+ Buscador de empleo® and does not grant you any ownership rights over the API, or any other technology, intellectual property, or related content.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you send or receive through the API complies with all applicable data protection laws, and for obtaining the necessary consent from the data subjects for the processing of their personal data.

Transfer Prohibition: It is prohibited to transfer, assign, share, publish, or disclose any trade secrets, source code, technical documentation, or any other confidential information related to the API without the prior written consent of MP1+ Buscador de empleo®. Confidentiality: All trade secrets and confidential information of MP1+ Buscador de empleo® must be kept strictly confidential and protected with the same measures you would apply to protect your own confidential information. Unauthorized disclosure of such information may result in the immediate termination of your access to the API and legal action by MP1+ Buscador de empleo®.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo® reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the API or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Changes to these terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on the website of MP1+ Buscador de empleo® or via direct notification. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.

Limitation of Liability: MP1+ Buscador de empleo® will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the API, even if MP1+ Buscador de empleo® has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for data loss, business interruption, or any other economic damage or loss. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MP1+ Buscador de empleo®, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, damage, obligation, cost, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the API, your violation of these terms, or your improper handling of information.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo® may terminate or suspend your access to the API at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including in the event of a breach of these terms. Upon termination, all your rights to use the API will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of it. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MP1+ Buscador de empleo® regarding the use of the API and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the API.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any extent, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

The failure of MP1+ Buscador de empleo® to require or enforce strict compliance with any provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of that term or condition, nor any related rights.
