The request to exercise ARCO rights must contain:

Changes to the privacy notice


The functioning of the https://us.mponeplus.com platform “MP1+ Buscador de empleo®” is described in the section below.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo® may authorize the user to create an administrator profile to manage the dashboard within the website, linked to an organization or company (legal or individual entity), and through which they can acquire services via the platform or through an account executive.

The activation of the service will correspond to the plan acquired and/or paid for within the platform exclusively. The administrator will have access to the dashboard functionality of the website. The administrator user may link their organization to the recruiter profiles they deem necessary for operation according to the plan acquired, for which they must send the corresponding invitation, and it will be their responsibility to manage their users. Any user within the company can redeem products, and the organization's general balance will show the updated balance of available services. The company can review its available service balance; economically acquired services will be deducted first, and once those are depleted, courtesy and/or refunded services will be deducted.

Users within the company will be responsible for using the assigned services, so they can review the characteristics of the products on the platform before each redemption.


SERVICE DURATION


The redemption and use of the acquired services must take place during their validity period, as they are not cumulative and cannot be modified under any circumstances.


IMPORTANT AND FINAL


Once redeemed, there will be no changes or refunds.

Each company user will be responsible for redeeming and using the totality of services acquired during their validity period, as there will be no refunds or reimbursements for unused or improperly managed services.

The organization's administrator user will be solely responsible for disabling or unlinking from the organization, if necessary. In the event of the absence or disconnection of the administrator user, a request may be submitted to generate a new one, accrediting the company's legal entity, and the updated information must be shared for the profile to be enabled.
