Job Posting Use and Republishing Policy


1. Purpose


This policy outlines the guidelines for the use and republishing of job postings on the official social media channels of our platform. Its objective is to ensure that all postings are handled consistently, professionally, and in line with our company's values and goals.



2. Scope


This policy applies to all job postings made through our platform and republished on our official social media channels, including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo, YouTube, Meta, and other public outreach networks.



3. Publishing Rights


By posting a job offer through our platform, the user agrees that the posting may be republished on our official social media channels. This republishing aims to increase the visibility of the offers and attract suitable candidates.



4. Posting Requirements


<p> Appropriate Content: Job postings must comply with the content standards of each social network, avoiding offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language. </p> <p> Complete Information: Postings must include all relevant information about the job offer, such as job title, job description, requirements, benefits, and how to apply. </p> <p> Authorization: Prior authorization from the employer or company is required to republish the offer on our social media channels. </p>


5. Republishing Procedure


<p> Review: All job postings will be reviewed by our social media team to ensure they meet the established requirements and guidelines. </p> <p> Scheduling: Posts will be scheduled for publication at strategic times to maximize their reach and visibility. </p> <p> Modifications: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the content of the posting to comply with social media formats and standards. </p>


6. Responsibilities


<p> Users: Users posting job offers must ensure that they provide accurate and complete information. They must also explicitly authorize the republishing of their offers on our social media channels. </p> <p> Social Media Team: Our social media team is responsible for reviewing, scheduling, and managing the republishing of job offers, ensuring compliance with this policy. </p>


7. Policy Updates


We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in social media practices or company needs. Changes will be communicated to users through our official channels.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo will not accept job postings:


That require any type of investment from the candidate in any form.

From pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses.

That are business opportunities.

Related to the adult entertainment industry (pornography).

That, in any way, may mislead candidates.

Redirecting users outside of the platform is not allowed.

Including information in the job posting such as emails, links, phone numbers, or any other form of contact outside of the platform is not allowed.

Job postings must be as clear and concise as possible for the benefit of candidates and the company’s image.

Job postings that may directly or indirectly imply abuse or discrimination against individuals, especially women, are not allowed.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo® reserves the right to modify, remove, or block any job posting that violates the platform’s publication rules or Mexican law.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo® also reserves the right to remove job postings that may degrade the quality of the service, which includes job postings that meet any of the following conditions:

Duplicate job postings offering the same position, the same professional category, or for the same location. If the postings are for different professional categories, references may be used to differentiate them.

With contact information in the job posting description. Contact information includes phone numbers, fax, address, email, and website.

Including URLs in job postings that direct users to the employment section of the company posting the job is not allowed.

Every job position offered on MP1+ Buscador de empleo® must match the actual open position at the offering company.

Each job posting must correspond to a single position. For different positions, separate job postings are required.

Job postings published on MP1+ Buscador de empleo® are for the internal use of companies with vacancies only. Reselling or renting job postings from MP1+ Buscador de empleo® to third parties/companies is not allowed.

MP1+ Buscador de empleo® is not responsible for the content of job postings or CVs hosted on its platform. Appropriate reviews will be conducted to ensure the best possible service. The interpretation of the publication rules is the exclusive competence of MP1+ Buscador de empleo®. These rules may be reviewed and modified without prior notice. Companies, job postings, and CVs that violate this policy will be immediately removed from MP1+ Buscador de empleo®.


MP1+ Buscador de empleo® reserves the right to distribute job postings published on its platform through both online and offline media (other job portals, print media, etc.).


User companies are solely responsible for obtaining any required authorization, permit, or license for publishing any of their job postings. In this regard, they are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary administrative migration authorizations for job postings related to migration processes under current legislation from the Ministry of the Interior of the United Mexican States.

Job posting validity: 60 days from the date of posting.

However, MP1+ Buscador de empleo® does not guarantee or take responsibility for the consequences of false information provided by either companies or candidates.
